Regional Sales Representative
As a regional sales representative, you will interface directly with current customers to seek new revenue opportunities and ensure overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities
Regional management of sales activities across all MHS service lines.
Reporting and management of MHS sales tracking programs.
Interfaces closely with the MHS VP of Sales in support of marketing activities including the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans.
Coordination of regional sales activities including development of proposals, supports sales targets, and supports sales revenue on a quarterly basis.
Management of MHS sales activities associated with attendance at external conferences and trade shows related to marketing and sales.
Qualifications and Requirements
Three years experience in direct sales and sales tracking, preferably in the healthcare field.
Two years experience supervising internal and external staff in the implementation of sales support activities.
Detailed knowledge of sales tracking and use of internal and external sales databases.
Specific experience in the planning and execution of trade shows.
Experience working with marketing plans.
Demonstrated experience meeting sales projections.
Bachelors degree in Business or related fields, Masters degree preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate judgment in handling sensitive information.
Ability to respect patient rights, and all site rules a must.
Business Development Representative
This position is responsible for qualifying leads and building relationships with prospects. Business development responsibilities include lead qualification, management of in-bound leads from all sources, list compiling, research, and other projects as assigned. Located in Fairfield, CT, this inside sales position primarily involves communicating to MHS prospects via telephone and email to provide company and product information and to set up appointments for MHS Enterprise Sales Team. The Business Development Representative will also work closely with the Enterprise Sales Team in providing administrative support, such as lead distribution and lead tracking.
Responsibilities
Filter, call, and generate qualified leads
Build and maintain relationships with prospects
Enter prospect contact information, when necessary, and response data into lead management system
Manage all responses and leads including monitoring to ensure hot leads and responses are distributed immediately to the Enterprise Sales Team and all other responses are appropriately qualified or disqualified
Follow-up on distributed leads to ensure proper status reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
1-3 years sales support experience in a fast paced environment required
Excellent telephone skills with the ability to be persistent
Proven effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Self motivated
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and database maintenance
Experience with leading CRM system - salesforce.com and/or Siebel a plus
Healthcare experience a plus
Consultant/Senior Consultant, Operations
Responsibilities
Complete consulting assignments that satisfy clients in a timely and profitable manner and in accordance with the firms quality standards. Assignments include:
Strategic/operations planning
Supply expense reduction
Operations analyses
Work flow
Productivity and staffing
Cost/benefit analyses
Facility planning
Feasibility studies
Implementation assistance/oversight
Manage facets of projects and project team members Identify additional business (focus on current clients) Assist with proposal development
Qualifications
Experience & Education
Consultant:
2+ years management consulting or management engineering in similar service industry
Advanced degree (MS/MBA) in related discipline highly preferred
Sr. Consultant:
7 years management, management engineering, or consulting experience
BS degree in business, management, or related discipline required
Advanced degree (MS/MBA) in related discipline highly preferred (significant experience may be accepted as a substitute)
Knowledge
Experienced in all facets of supply chain management or related discipline (Dietary, Pharmacy, Laundry, etc.)
Ability to recognize and deal with complex organizations, politics, and operations
Working familiarity with KDA processes
Skills
Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills
Quantitative analysis; work flow, organization, productivity, quality control, cost/benefit financial analysis
Effective team player and team leader
Demonstrated change management skills
Ability to work independently and/or manage facets of a project or small projects
