Count
Using professional, highly trained individuals armed with our cutting-edge mobile technologies; our team begins with a comprehensive inventory analysis. Using a proprietary process methodology, our counts are done in a non-intrusive, timely manner. Summaries and reports are generated back to key personnel and viewed via our web portal - which allows individuals to see, monitor, and analyze the data in any manner they need. The result is an accurate inventory valuation and full accountability throughout the process. This approach dramatically reduces the instances of theft, damaged products, and lost or misplaced products during the count. This methodology also allows hospitals to better utilize existing staff, drastically cut costs, and focus on patient care and satisfaction while MHS handles the logistics and details of inventory control.

Clean
Reliable data is critical for making important business decisions and understanding and managing inventory levels. “Dirty” data can hurt hospitals in several ways; it can dilute spending, hinder successful contract negotiations, and reduce internal productivity. Traditional “data cleansing” services clean the data initially, but the data is suspect again within days, and the cycle and impact of inaccurate data begins again. With OPTIC, Management Health Solutions has devised a methodology to help hospitals achieve clean, accurate data, and to maintain it on an ongoing basis. Our system starts with a complete cleanse of all master file data. Moving forward, the data can be maintained on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis. The result is improved efficiencies, reduced discrepancies, more accurate invoicing, and a better negotiating position. Our web portal software is easy to integrate with a hospital’s existing IT system and facilitates the communication of data between different divisions of the hospital in a highly efficient, user friendly manner.
